How do I activate my certificate? To activate your certificate, simply scan the QR code or visit our website and click on “Activate Certificate.” Then, fill out the form with your information and select your destination. It’s that easy!

How long do I have to use my certificate after activation? Your certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. You have a full year to plan and enjoy your vacation.

Are there any blackout dates or restrictions? No, there are no blackout dates or restrictions. You have the flexibility to choose your travel dates within the 12-month validity period, as long as you book at least 40 days in advance.

Are there any additional charges during the trip? No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises! Your certificate covers accommodations for up to 4 people. However, and other hotels may require local taxes (not exceeding $69) plus a refundable deposit.

What destinations are available? We offer exciting destinations like Orlando, Miami, Las Vegas, and the Dominican Republic. Choose the one you like best!

Is there any obligation to buy during the stay, and what does the $99 fee include? The $99 fee entitles the certificate holder and their family to a 3-day stay at one of the listed destinations, provided they attend a benefits presentation from the participating hotel chains. There is absolutely no obligation to make a purchase—attendance is required, but buying is entirely optional.
